And in my pictures the water is a lake not an ocean..... and that lake water is cold

There are mountains on the equator that get snow... doesn't mean they are close to the arctic.... Maine is about 45 deg latitude..... same as where I live

I believe we are about the same distance away from the Antarctic than you are from the Arctic
