    have you calibrated the thermometer? It may be a bit off. If theyre sitting underneath theyre likely ok. Are they huddled up, or peeping loudly?

    they dry pretty fast, but sometimes they dont fluff up as quickly. If they feel dry to the touch, you can probably bring them out now to let them finish fluffing up in the warmth of the brooder. If they still feel damp, I'd leave them in the incubator a little longer.
