Sounds like she's not getting to food/water when she's back with the flock. Stress can bring about symptoms as well. I'd still go to Walmart or CVS, etc. and get a bottle of Vitamin E and B-Complex. Dose her as posted earlier.

If she's twisting up while in the box, can you leave her out of it? Perhaps place her in a dog crate that is bigger? I'd work on hydration and try vitamin therapy. Give her 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4 tablet B-Complex daily along with some egg. See that she's eating her normal feed, try it dry...

Is she still moving her head strangely? If the water station was too high, she may just be suffering from dehydration since she's improving now. I'd work on hydration - get some electrolytes or sugar water into her, even though she's getting better. Once she's drinking really well, then...
