Neither Sugar nor Cinnamon are feather sexable by their chest. Sugar appears to be getting a lot of brown in his head, though, so I think he's male. Ccinnamon is not feather sexable at all. You will need to wait until about 6 weeks to vent sex or wait for eggs or crowing.
If you end up with one male and one female, your female is going to get overbred. This will mean injuries, and possibly death. A male needs at least 3 hens, 5 is ideal. You are better off if they are both the same gender.
