I agree, cream tea sounds better than biscuits and gravy. I like scones, cream, and tea. I also like biscuits, with butter, or with strawberries and whipped cream (ie. strawberry shortcake).

Why is it called a cream tea when there’s no tea involved? Just wondering…:)

I’ve never had a cream tea, so ai would probably try it both ways. But as the Cornwall was apparently the Queen’s favorite, l’d choose that one. Now I’m off to find a recipe! :caf
