I’m sorry. Is there not anyway you could keep him? Maybe you could try a crow collar? I have heard that it works for some, but not others. Maybe it would work for you? Just to keep him quiet, and maybe no one will ever know😁- Squawkers

Definitely rooster. You can tell by double barring and lighter feet color.- Squawkers
