No, that's a good thing! If there's no ginormous poops in the nest, it means she is getting off the nest for a break everyday, you just didn't catch her at it. Just have food and water somewhere near the nest, but far enough away she has to leave the nest to get it. Sounds like she's doing fine!

If she has been pooping in the nest, you'll need to clean the nest, the eggs, and clean off the hen's underside. Just take her off the nest, stick her outside with food and water, and do what you need to do. The eggs will be fine for awhile without mom. Put them where she can't reach them until...
