Thanks, I wish I was closer to you then I could have just set up anywhere to raise my birds and you would have never known WI is such a rural state, compared to my home state of CA. Thought even in suburban areas, chickens/hens without permits and rooster would be allowed......guess not...

Seem like it....I over heard him yelling at some other kids the other day on the streets for no apparent reason. So he is now not a nice neighbor in my book and maybe other neighbors around him too? But, i'm really desperate to find some place close by and not to far away to raise my birds...
