The 3rd pic and down are not current(taken back in April earlier this year back home). 3rd pic is actually an Ayam Cemani cockerel from wolfwhyte, though not perfect(not very dark skin and does not have black mouth, comb/wattles), since he hasn't been working on them and sold them...

WI is such a rural state, compared to my home state of CA. Thought even in suburban areas, chickens/hens without permits and rooster would be allowed......guess not...
Seem like it....I over heard him yelling at some other kids the other day on the streets for no apparent reason. So he is now not a nice neighbor in my book and maybe other neighbors around him too?
But, i'm really desperate to find some place close by and not to far away to raise my birds...
