In my experience, 50%, that is 1 of my faves went broody, both of my speckled susex hens went broody, my chante is always broody, and a one of five cuckoo marans went did the same... my chicken encyclopedia does state faves tend toward broodiness.

Here are a couple pics of Custard aka Cuss-word. She's actually a very very sweet bird. She's my one remaining Faverolle since something/one took her sister off of her hatching nest. I hope to get a few more next year. Custard was an efowl purchase.
