Oh gosh, those deer roasts sound delicious. I wish there was more variety here. The grocery stores rarely sell anything but pork chops and t-bones, etc. I can go to some of the more ethnic markets, but that's when we run into cow tongue and pig uterus. I don't even know what I would do with that!
