Those are cool names too, I have one that looks like a LB I named my oldest Andi because when I look at her I just picture a snow covered mountain with all the dark shadows weird I know . LOL but she was named for they Andes mountains. I'm going to read up on your Yeta she sounds cute!

Pretty hard to explain taste and texture on an Internet forum. Also, it is more something a person would have to experience for themselves. Maybe it something to do with the way they are grown, how fed, the kind of chicken they are and the age...

Don't know about EE roos , ive never kept any but i do have a Salmom Fav. Roo who is great, also a blue Orpington Roo that is also very gentle and sweet. but very protective of his hens. I do have EE girls and if the Roos are anything like them it should be great. JMO best of luck!
