Its 12:43 AM and I just finished packageing 275 pounds of pork form the pig DH and friend buthered saturday. I also ground 28 pounds of sausage meat and stuffed it in links. I am one tired puppy. But I must say I tasted the Italian sausage and its great. I guess it will be worth it when I can...
