I had a dozen Egyptians last year.. your right the boys were crowing at only a few weeks old but mine were SUPER agressive. The hens were horrible. They were more like a pack of feral dogs than a flock of hens. I will never have them again!!

I ordered very early this year... an order of 34... became an order of 46 (I think). I would loved to have known what all the extras were .. but as it was... we lost most of them :( They sent a replacement order ... and I was told that they were sending a bunch of red star males as packing...
