Ah, thanks Beth! I just haven't been able to figure out why it was like that and them still so healthy. However "tearing around" is putting it mildly. I like to reference certain breeds with certain characteristics such as Delaware and the way they are so funny and silly when they are young...

Any input on the runny poop? You can see it in a few pictures although most of the pictures don't have the runny stuff. They all seem healthy, but who knows what the air brings in or me for that matter. Sheesh, now I am worried. Should I give them Corid as a preventative? I hate to wait...

I have to recharge the camera so that it will download for me. The one thing I did notice while I was taking pictures is that some of their poop...

It will. I try to look at the overall--feathering, comb, wattle and I find foot size to be a factor too. #2 has little feet, no comb or wattle. But then there is the slow feathering. Please keep us update on this chick Cheryl.

Cheryl they are pretty chicks. I am not an expert so I figured I'd better just wait and read what the real experts say. But I think the little girl with white is precious.

Quote: Hippichick, that is so right! They were all over the place, I was amazed at how strong and active they are. I was really scrambling and they were running, not walking, all over the place. They are actually more vigorous than many of the chicks I hatch out at home! And they came all...
