They are getting there. We have Midas, our current mature roo, and a younger cockerel. Both are large, but not nearly as round shaped as the roosters you guys have. They are still leggy.
Midas - Taken today. He's still coming back from molt, also. He looked really, really bad for a while. He...
Thanks for the pictures! Mine look like a mid-ground version of the rooster and the hen you have posted. Here are some pictures taken today:

They are either both females or you didn't get eggs from a LC to split LC eggs.

These are a couple of my Lemon Cuckoo Orpingtons that I ordered from Green Fire. Hatch date on these was 3/23/2011 and there are 2 of the 4 showing barring. The other 2 look solid Buff, which was what to be expected since they also sent split to Cuckoo, also. These will be in the same coop with...
I haven't been commenting on the shipping issue, but I got 17 chicks from Jody Hinkle this morning. They were shipped 3/28 at 5:00-ish in the afternoon via Express. Arrived this morning at 6:30. No problems whatsoever.

BTW I was out the day after Christmas when we had the first snow and was laying flat out on the snow taking pictures.
