I opened one. The only reason I did is because I didn't see blood vessels before. When I opened it, it looked wierd. the egg was just full of yellow goo. It looked like the yolk, but it didn't look like it was fertilized. The goo filled up 3 quarters of the egg.

It's day 18 and I'm not seeing blood vessels or anything. I think I'm going to open one.

Thats what I see. Except the rest of the egg is dark. I smelled them and they all smelled fine. None smelled rotten.

I candled them again and the dark end of the egg was bigger than last time!

This time I THINK I saw little lines(maybe blood vessels) but I'm not sure. I really hope I saw blood vessels.

ok, this time I candled a different egg. I saw a dark spot in the middle of the egg. I'll do it again and look for blood vessels. Is that a good idea?

I lost my camara so I can't post a picture. I'll try candling again.

Now I am candling them and I see a dark end of the egg with a light bubble thingy moving around the dark end. Please does anyone know if thats what it is supposed to look like?

thanks. I have been trying so hard to make sure the eggs were ok. My last hatch didn't make it because the temp was too high.

Mine don't look like that yet. Will they still hatch???

Thanks for the pictures, but mine don't look like that yet. Do you think they are supposed to have an air sack with a little dot inside at day 5?

I just candled my eggs and I could see an air sack at the fat end of the egg. The middle of the air sack had a little dot in it. I am at day 5 of incubation. Is that what it's supposed to look like?
