How long has it been since the last? If she is not in active labor or distressed, then she is most likely just taking a nice long break. Just to perhaps ease your mind a tad, mine went 4 and even 5 hours in between pups and they were all fine. And, this is probably a rarity, but my neighbours...

I kept my girl on her regular food for her whole pregnancy (I upped the amount the further along she got) and then fed puppy food while she was lactating. This dog eats only 2 cups a day and could still lose some weight (800 calories) , but while she was lactating she was eating about 11 per day...
