    Hi mine always eat the seeds ...then they eat the pumpkin ..coz I make it into a secret dish ..I cut it in half & put their feed / fermented feed in it ..They end up eating it that way ..LOL

    I made some "rain hoops" for the chickens ..Can you explain these ? We have a added some tarps to the top of the runs ..But it is always needing adjustment after it rains ..a total irritation ..

    Sometimes chickens dont like new stuff .I am new to chickens .3 months . We have 2 levels of chicken . LOL..We have babies almost 3 months old . We have given them a varied diet from a couple weeks old . They will pretty much eat anything . My secret ? I process our food scraps ( fresh veggies...

    Fred , Why would you kill a chicken because it limps ? Are you assuming it has a broken leg ? We have a chicken that was attacked by a fox ..she is almost healed ..she was limping yesterday . Today she is not limping . Dont chickens stumble & sometimes get hurt also ? She still did her job...
