The secondary feathers are the long main ones on the wing that when folded are clearly visible in a triangular shape. Look up "golden duckwing" in google images and that bright white on the wings are the secondary feathers.

If he has copper in his secondary feathers, he's a Wheaten.
If he has a great amount of copper on the breast, somewhat or entirely extending down to his thighs, he also carries Columbian restrictor.
That doesn't look like even a Splash Copper to me. Are his secondary feathers mostly whitish or do they have red in them, too? Because he has quite a reddened breast, I'd say he is a splash wheaten with columbian or some other sort of weird combination.
