Nap time. (Two towards the bottom are cuckoo Marans, one on top is a barred rock. The other five chicks in my flock are doing their nap time in the brooder, but these girls liked the old sleeping bag we use as a "bed" for the dog when she comes in here to hang out. And now nap time is over...

My barred rocks went on an adventure. Merida, my cuckoo maran has been an odd duck lately. She'll come over for treats but the second I try to touch her/pet her she hops back. But they've been having some tasty treats yesterday and I think she was hoping I had more grapes...she hopped right up!
