Now that you gave me a hint I put in splash E/e^b and white rec E/e^b
I get
Pullets: blue patterned gold partridge/brown
Ratio = 1/8 = 12.5%, minimum of animals to breed: 8
Pullets: blue unicolor•E
Ratio = 3/8 = 37.5%, minimum of animals to breed: 3
Cockerels: blue patterned gold partridge/brown...
That's what I kinda thought but wasn't sure...genetics is a lot to take in...im always playing with the color calculator ...thanks for your help

Hi everyone. I'm breeding blue and splash silkies. I also have 1 white hen in with the bunch. The roo is splash. I've read numerous articles on genetics and such. I hatched out some eggs and got myself a partridge one. I know white hides color..and breeding white to color gives you a variation...
