Seems their only purpose is for mischief. I am surprised to learn they are legal in a lot of places, I could have sworn they were pretty much banned. Some people might use them as to not disturb their neighbors but I imagine they'd get more use robbing the liquor store.

The only thing I've read I really can't get on board with is allowing silencers. Those things just spell trouble.
