It says on the back.. for chicks 4-6 weeks of age use 17 fluid ounces per 1 gallon..I believe that is the correct dosage.

what do you worm a chick with? I use Wazine, a medium size bottle cost about 20 bucks but lasts a long time, It can be given to chickens, turkeys, and swine.

might be worms... check the poo. some chicks are more hardy and show less symtoms than others.
