Girls pretty much are what they are from the beginning. Depends on the standard where you are and what the judges there like to see. I would talk to other breeders in your country for the best answer on that. :)

Not too many people have them. I believe Melissa Parker in Texas still has recessive white in her salmon / blue salmon LF flock, and Ron Patterson has whites, but other than that I don't know of anyone else with them.
