@Looneytoonsfan Any way you could post a picture of your coop and also tell us a little about where you live? Also, are they in a run all day and just sleep in the coop or are they in the coop all the time? Free range? Any of that helps know what to recommend for you.
I assume they have a covered place to go? That seems to help a ton.
Something that they seem to really like is to take two bricks or patio block and put them next to each other with a frozen block of ice in between. When I do that my hens will sit on the bricks next to the ice block to cool...
