    Is it possible paperwork exists but lists a different breed, importer, etc? Sometimes it's easier or less expensive if a different breed is listed. Bribes, or special fees, can depend on rarity. That I've gone through with dogs even in the past 20 years. I can understand the lack of paperwork...
