Marion took her seat at the table, watching the interactions of the others quietly. She was curious but managed to hold her tongue in the mixed company.
The journals were not diarys, but stories she was writing, and she had not written any letters recently. She had fallen behind on that since her father had married. Marion entered the dining room and smiled at those already there "Good evening" She said softly

Marion opened the door and smiled " I am" she had on a deep blue dress with silver accents.The dress was the kind with the cape-like back to it. Her hair had been piled on top of her head and powdered with jeweled pins to hold it in place.
