Now is the time to stay away from the nest for a few days. It's not uncommon for them to hatch a day or two early sometimes, even under a broody. The 21 days is a guideline - not a "rule". Not much you can do about it if they are hatching. Just let the hen be. She'll most likely stay on the nest...
