    Doesn't say what that breed of chicken is, does it? Predator resistant...that's a new term I've never heard. Just when you think you've heard it all! They must have a full time marketing team working night and day to come up with things like that.

    We have breeding/nesting crows on our 20 acres. Just got lucky I guess. The neighbor puts out a lot of corn for turkey and deer and the crows like the dividends.

    Our crows are an integral part of our hawk defense here and I couldn't do it without them. The dog helps but he's getting older now and less attuned to aerial threats, but the crows are vigilant and very aggressive to the hawks. They forage in a part of the meadow that the chickens rarely go...
