    I'm out of browning, way north and COLD. have a SMALL flock and I duck, love to garden, c.ook, quilt,.. love to conne.ct . .with others in this treasure state.

    We live between Cut Bank and Browning, I have 5 BA that are settled in my old greenhouse. Still have basil, peppers and a few tomatoes they don't bother. My chicks are now 2 months and growing fast. I like the idea of keeping a heritage breed going and really looking forward to those fresh eggs...

    HI It was my Idea for the chicks, but my son, disabled 49 years old has taken a great interest. And his lady friend, a city girl has beome interested also and has even named one.

    Not quite, my first few years was on a farm out of Troy, then we moved for my granddad to work on the ears.Great Northern in Spokane. But we had aracana (sp) when my kids were in pre-teen y So a little have a little experience, but not much. Have gardened all my life and have small greenhouse...
