I stand corrected...@Kiki , @casportpony , @Nabiki , I took another look at the pics. The spots are indeed blood clots on the liver! I would say it's fatty liver disease but doesn't really fit that diagnosis?

The only thing I see is spots on her lungs, everything else looks normal, except for the fact that everything has discolored before you opened her up! Did she have a respiratory issue?
