Hmm, interesting question. I don't know of any white egg laying poofy cheeked breeds. I'm not sure if you could cross a silkie with something to get cheeks and a white egg? But then they likely wouldn't be prolific layers. Now you have me curious! I have 4 EEs that lay a pale blue shelled...
