    Ours is surprisingly not-too-smelly! I think our soil might have a lot of clay to it. Come spring I'm going to try to regrow some ground cover by fencing off small areas of the pen and scattering quick-growing fodder seeds (like deer-hunters use? I forget what it's called).

    They like it too! Haha! But the mudstream running all the way across is just from the hose overfilling their pool, usually there's just the one puddle next to the pool. They ate all the grass that used to grow in there, except in the very back.

    That's Weyoun! She's secretly my favorite (shhhhhhh, don't tell anyone). The older group we got from a backyard hatcher a couple towns down, hence their not-so-upright posture and Zuko's spotty pedigree.     Here's my older group of black, blue, and chocolatey browns! (Both of the black ones are drakes, but this is before they got their big boy tail curlies!) The tubby one up front is possibly a Cayuga mix, but the rest are all runners all the time! Here they are as babies with their little baby...
