I got goats!!!
Now, I got them at a day old, and it's only been six days, but I love them and can't wait until I get to use my own milk in some of these recipes.
I know it will be a while, but I'm so excited! They're both girls, Toggenburg Nubian crosses they were born on the same...

Just finished making another batch of yogurt. My DH saw the cooler in the kitchen, and after seeing my cooler and supplies for the homemade bator, says,"What did you do?" "Look up 101 things to do with a cooler?"

My yogurt gets better the longer it sits. This morning's serving tasted better than yesterdays(I didn't think it was possible!) and it was out of the same jar.

It is awesome! Yay, this was so much fun, I love to bake, and have tried some pretty hard recipes, so I don't know why I was nervous about this. It was so easy.
I have some fresh strawberries to add to it, yum.
