Just finished making another batch of yogurt. My DH saw the cooler in the kitchen, and after seeing my cooler and supplies for the homemade bator, says,"What did you do?" "Look up 101 things to do with a cooler?" Sounds like a good idea!

I'm making more yogurt today. I'm so excited that they opened up the local dairy again! Now I have really fresh milk from Alaska cows.

My yogurt gets better the longer it sits. This morning's serving tasted better than yesterdays(I didn't think it was possible!) and it was out of the same jar.

I have yogurt!!! It is awesome! Yay, this was so much fun, I love to bake, and have tried some pretty hard recipes, so I don't know why I was nervous about this. It was so easy. I have some fresh strawberries to add to it, yum.
