PLEASE HELP: What killed almost my whole flock? 17 dead.. :( (WARNING: GRAPHIC)

This article claims a raccoon will travel up to 10 miles to get back - and also that you could potentially be in violation if you release it somewhere else. There is more good info here for anyone curious...

Never a more true statement. Even then, these laws are typically loaded with gray areas that can easily be misconceived. Let's not forget that Racoons are vicious creatures, loaded with diseases. If you are unfamiliar with trapping, it can be incredibly unsafe. The best thing to do, to 100%...

Without a doubt, yes. For tonight, I would physically screw the door closed while you watch the cameras to see what you are dealing with.

PLEASE HELP: What killed almost my whole flock? 17 dead.. :( (WARNING: GRAPHIC)

Oh my. This is probably so heartbreaking for you I am terribly sorry. I would wager it was a raccoon. Not only are they able to operate mechanical locks, they kill for sport. It is likely they had been working on getting in for quite awhile - like days or weeks. When re-securing, consider...
