First off, that's not an Aracauna because it has tail feathers (Aracaunas are rumpless), so it's probably an Easter Egger. The sexing method of feather shape is not very accurate, I'd suggest posting a pic of the comb. For now, I'm guessing pullet. Also, I can't know for sure by the pics, but...
