    It could have something stuck in its nostrils (nares). Kinda like a big booger. If there is a light behind the duckling you can see straight through their nostrils to the light. You can hold each one up amd check to see if there is something stuck in one of their nostrils

    Hmm, that could be a problem for you. Not to promote breaking laws, but I have seen people just do what they want as long as the neighbors don't care. Sometimes they get away with other time they don't. When they don't it's usually from a neighbor complaining.
