I would try to get her to relax in a quiet bathroom with some humidity on a clean towel. Offer fluids and food, but keep her calm. I’m not sure what is happening. There might be an egg inside the prolapse.

I will tag to see if @Wyorp Rock has any ideas what the object is. Does it seem to be coming from the main opening of the cloaca or beside that? Hopefully, it is not the large intestines.
