I am still considering converting a dog enclosure I already have into a coop, but it's working out how to best adapt it to be weather proof at one end that is the problem.
Bunnings is about the only hardware shop I have access to. I've tried looking for hoop coop supplies, but I'm either searching for the wrong thing or they don't stock it - which is odd, as Bunnings is a huge warehouse style hardware supplier in Australia, and they sell everything.
I'll put chicken wire over the front section and a roof and walls over the back section. If hardware mesh is the same as shade cloth, then yes I'll be putting that over, too. It's going to be put in a shady and protected part of the yard and will only be closed up at night. They will free range...
