From what I've read (and seen in videos posted here) look at the comb, wattles and tail. Red comb and wattles, arched tail with indistinct/pointed feathers = cockerel Pink comb/wattles, straight tail distinct/rounded feathers = pullet This is supposed to be consistent with all chickens.
