    YOu'd have to post pics, on average a duckling call runs 20$ lowest i have seen is 15$ at auction lists. For breeding or show quality? that price rises considerably.

    Spring? my calls stopped laying months ago, they lay a lot when they are laying but season is much shorter than other ducks i keep.

    I like snowy but don't own any either lol I mainly have greys and blue fawn.. i got two clutches this year and that is all i have. They are still nice of coarse.

    LOL frankly i have found calls to be the most needy of any duck i have personally raised. Is it alone? that will only increase the problem. I have 4 in my house right now.. 3 are imprinted i can leave them now in their 'brooder' without much fuss.. outside ? they need a sitter or will cry and...

    You could try a grower pellet, depends some calls can manage that pellet at 4wks others cannot... an all flock/flock raiser is good too. My calls with the exception of the young ones are all on grower.
