I often buy baby boys from a hatchery(any random one) for a discount in bulks. I often get packing peanut babies(that is how my EE bantam got his name) and sometimes a few are girls!! But seriously, keep the boys.

Raise them to a older age then sell em. I often go to the egg layer farms and take home 300 baby roos at a time. Then I sell them at the right age. Its better than having them killed.
