    This might help. http://missourifalconersassociation.com/ In some states, you need to train with another falconer for 2 years or so before being allowed to capture your own bird. Not sure how it is in Missouri.

    I have seen them in real life, they are huge and not at all afraid of people. I was told not to get too close because they can be aggressive and dangerous! They were very cool. I like the screaming noises they make.
