    Here's some out info. http://www.beautyofbirds.com/gout.html But after looking at all the photos again, it looks like necrotic tissue, or dead tissue. Probably a bad infection inside like sepsis. Sorry but it looks very grim. You may want to take it to a vet or euthanize it yourself. Good luck.

    HELP!!!

    Look up gout in chickens. It's often caused by kidney problems related to feeding too much calcium to roosters and non-laying chickens.

    Chickens can also get gout in their feet. Can you post any pictures?
