Yes I also agree the sitting at 80 degrees for a few hours is fine. I have had several power outages while hatching where the incubator was completely off for hours and I had good hatches. It will delay the hatch most likely though.

Yes a 30 second trouble shoot is better than them sitting at 80 degrees. Not to mention hens get off of the nest daily for much longer than 30 seconds.

Unplug the incubator for a full 30 seconds and plug it back in. You may have to reset your setting, but I have had to do this several times with incubators when this happens and it usually always does the trick.
