Yes, I sent off a combined sample for the rest of the flock and it came back negative for worms (and coccidiosis).

I am 100% sure unfortunately. They are much, much smaller than maggots, I think they must be threadworm/pinworm (since they are about that thickness). I was right there when she produced the wormy poop as well and further ones have shown them too - I tried to get a video but they didn't show up...
