The poultry theme mixed with Holiday makes it extra difficult. I had feathers but not enough light in the house so I took the whole thing outside in the cold to photograph and the wind blew my feathers away. I haven't seen a hen egg since November. After paying $4. a dozen for eggs I should do...

As soon as I sit on the floor it's "game on!" What a fun shot!

This was taken the same day as the first flat lay. The first one was taken on a covered porch with southern exposure light and a brisk wind that blew all my feathers away. Secong attempt was inside in front of a Southern exposure window late afternoon. No wind and much warmer!

Working on it. Day after day of misty rain doesn't help. Harder than it looks for sure.
