8 of my eggs have hatched, 2 more are working their way out. 2 of the ones that have hatched are a silver color. Is that normal for cayugas? Some also have spotted feet and a little yellow on their head.
My eggs went into lockdown today, but most have already internally pipped and one has even extremely pipped and I can here peeping? Is this normal at day 25?
I only have 15 in there right now, it fits 48. I keep the temp at 100f and I spritz the eggs twice a day. This is my first attempt, so we will see! So far though, everyone is developing nicely.
