She is frizzled, but she has smooth feathers, not silky feathers. The crest is another sign of it being part Silkie, but she doesn't have the purple skin. That's why I think she is a mix.

The first looks like a Cochin frizzle/Silkie cross. The second is maybe a Sapphire Gem.
