Usually by 25 weeks, but it is variable. Length of daylight hours is an important part in triggering pullets to lay, so they may wait a bit. The red sex link looks closer to laying than the Easter egger, judging by the brightness of her comb and wattles. FYI, bearded chickens don't get wattles...- JedJackson
